Return/Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Kamphal. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Window

For both domestic and international orders, you may request a return within 7 days of placing the order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@kamphal.in using your registered email ID.

  2. Include your order invoice and a brief reason for return.

  3. Generate a support ticket for tracking purposes.

In case of any dispute regarding the date of return request, the date of email will be considered final.

Please note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued at the Distributor Price (DP) of the product, regardless of the price at which it was purchased.

  • A 10% administrative charge and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 90 days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any difference between DP and purchase price must be settled directly between the selling distributor and the customer.

Refunds Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product is returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

  • The product’s serial number (if applicable) is altered.

  • The return request is made after 7 days from the date of order.

  • The product was received as a free gift or promotional item.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order and before dispatch.
